ETH Argentina Hackathon 2025
Project
Arkiv / Golem sponsored and supported the Ethereum Argentina hackathon as a Devconnect-adjacent developer activation, with the goal of getting builders to ship real projects on Arkiv, collect high-signal feedback, and turn winners into long-term ecosystem advocates. The team centralized comms around an official event landing page and coordinated directly with the ETH Argentina organizers to align timelines, announcements, and follow-ups.

The team centralized comms around an official event landing page and coordinated directly with the ETH Argentina organizers to align timelines, announcements, and follow-ups.
Use Cases
The hackathon track acts as a fast onboarding funnel for new developers, combining (1) clear participation info shared through official pages and organizer channels, (2) a winner announcement flow via an X Space run by the organizers, and (3) a structured follow-up process where Arkiv / Golem reaches out to winners using organizer-provided submission emails to start post-hackathon collaboration.
Impact
Beyond short-term visibility, the hackathon creates durable ecosystem value by producing real projects, real user stories, and repeatable content formats (like community calls with winners) that help Arkiv keep momentum and credibility with builders. It also strengthens internal delivery muscle around prize ops, which makes future hackathons easier to run at higher scale.
Team & Background
Team Track Record
The execution is coordinated by the Arkiv / Golem team across ecosystem, marketing, and operations: they manage organizer comms (including a dedicated ETH ARG group chat), handle the public announcement cadence, and run prize fulfillment.
